Package comparisons can look complicated because they mix brands, allowances, quantities and service provisions. A better method is to compare the package by category and then convert the differences into actual value for your project.
Real project imagery for context.
These images come from the current KAINOS project library and are included to show the visual language of residential, commercial and design-stage work.

1. STRUCTURE
Check steel, cement, concrete grade, RCC provisions, ceiling height and foundation-related allowances. Understand what is standard across the packages and what changes.
2. KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
Compare tile/stone allowances, sanitaryware budgets, CP fittings, sink and faucet allowances, accessories and any included features such as solar water-heater provision.
3. DOORS, WINDOWS AND PAINT
Look at frame type, opening system, main-door construction, interior-door finish, paint specification and external coating.
4. FLOORING AND RAILINGS
Flooring is a highly visible allowance. Staircase finish, balcony treatments and railing specification can also materially affect the experience of a home.
5. UTILITIES AND FUTURE PROVISIONS
Check tank and sump capacities, rainwater harvesting, UPS wiring provision, EV charging provision, gas connection and other infrastructure items.
6. CONVERT THE PACKAGE TO YOUR BOQ
After choosing a reference package, validate it against the actual drawings and site. That is where the commercial number becomes project-specific.
Use the guide with your actual project documents.
Online guidance can help you ask better questions, but the final construction scope should be based on the actual plot, drawings, engineering requirements, selections and project-specific BOQ.
